Taxi dispatch software assigns each booking to a driver and keeps every job, fare and confirmation in one place. Ours does it by e-mail rather than a driver app, so a fleet of two to ten cars can run a proper dispatch system without training anyone or paying per driver.
Most dispatch systems were designed around a room with headsets in it. If you are a small operator, that room is you, usually while driving. What you need is a system that decides the routine cases on its own, tells the drivers, and only interrupts you when something needs a human. That is what this is built for.
A booking arrives from your website with everything already filled in: route, time, fare, passengers, luggage, flight number. There is no call to transcribe and no missing detail to chase, which is where most small-fleet dispatch problems actually begin.
From there the taxi dispatch system takes one of two paths. A booking paid by card is assigned to a driver automatically. A booking to be paid in the car goes out to every driver at once, and the first to accept it owns it. Either way there is one assigned driver per job, recorded with a timestamp, so the double booking that a group chat produces cannot happen.
You see the whole board from your phone: today, tomorrow, next week, who has what. Reassigning is two taps, and the driver and passenger are both told automatically.
With one or two cars, a phone works. At three or four the cracks appear: the same job offered twice, a pickup nobody confirmed, an address remembered wrongly, a fare that was quoted differently last month. None of these are dramatic on their own. Together they produce the 5 a.m. no-show that costs a fare and earns a one-star review.
A dispatch system fixes this by being boring. Every job has one record, one driver and one price. Every status change writes itself into that record and goes out by e-mail. When a passenger asks what was agreed, you open the booking instead of scrolling a chat.
Taxi software priced for large fleets includes a call-centre module, a surge pricing engine, geofencing, zone queues and a branded passenger app. If you run five cars you will open none of it, and you will still pay for it every month, plus a fee for each driver and a fee for each SMS.
Our version is one flat fee, yearly or monthly, whatever your booking volume. Your Stripe account takes the money directly, so we never touch a fare and cannot take a commission from it. Hosting, backups, security updates and support are inside the same price.
Paid by card? The driver is assigned automatically. Paying later? Every driver gets the job by e-mail and the first to accept takes it.
Jobs arrive by e-mail with a link that works on any phone. Drivers accept or reject, and can log in to see only their own bookings.
Automatic reminder e-mails go to the assigned driver and to the passenger before every pickup, for information only.
Every accepted booking appears in the Google Calendar you choose - one for the fleet or one per driver.
Add dashboard users and drivers, each with their own login. Drivers see their bookings, admins see everything.
See every customer, how often they book and what they spend, from the dashboard.
Dispatch is not a room full of headsets. It is one board that everybody trusts.

Taxi dispatch software is the system that turns a booking into an assigned job: it records the ride, picks or offers it to a driver, tracks acceptance, and keeps the status visible to the operator. Ours does this without a driver app, using job e-mails and a web dashboard.
The honest answer is the one your drivers will actually use. For fleets of two to ten cars that usually means no app to install, no per-driver fee, and a dispatch board that works on a phone. Large platforms such as iCabbi, Autocab and TaxiCaller are built for bigger operations and are priced accordingly.
No. Normal covers up to 5 vehicles and 1 driver login at €600 a year, Premium covers unlimited vehicles and drivers at €990 a year. Adding a driver never changes the price on either plan.
Two ways. Card-paid bookings are assigned automatically. Pay-in-car bookings go to every driver by e-mail and the first to accept takes the job. You can reassign any booking from the dashboard at any time.
The job e-mail sits in the driver’s inbox with all the details, so it is readable without a live connection. Accepting a job needs a connection, the same as any dispatch system.
Yes. Every booking keeps its own history: when it was made, what was quoted, who was assigned, when they accepted and what was paid. That record is what settles a dispute without a scroll-back through a chat.
