# Taxi Booking Systems

> Hosted booking and dispatch software for small taxi, airport transfer and chauffeur operators (1 to 10 vehicles) in Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Each operator gets a booking site on their own domain with fixed-fare quotes, card payment through their own Stripe account or pay in the car, and jobs sent to drivers by e-mail with no driver app. Flat annual or monthly fee, no commission per trip, no fee per driver. Set up in 1 to 2 business days.

Key facts:
- Pricing (EUR, introductory): Normal EUR 600/year or EUR 75/month + EUR 250 setup, up to 5 vehicles and 1 driver. Premium EUR 990/year or EUR 125/month + EUR 250 setup, unlimited vehicles and drivers, SEO package included. Annual plans have no setup fee and a 7-day refund. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.
- Drivers receive jobs by e-mail and accept or reject with one tap. Card-paid bookings are assigned automatically. Pay-in-car bookings go to all drivers and the first to accept takes the job.
- The booking form captures the flight number. There is no live flight tracking, no live vehicle tracking, no hourly booking and no automatic waiting-time billing.
- Booking site includes 2 languages. E-mails can go out in English, Dutch, Swiss German or Turkish.
- Hosting, backups, security updates and maintenance are included. Operators bring their own Stripe and Google API keys.
- Site languages: English (default) and Turkish (/tr/).
