On the annual plan an invoice arrives 30 days before your year ends - same price, no automatic card charge. Pay it and carry on. On the monthly plan you can cancel at any time, and you keep using the service until the end of the month you have paid for.
Annual plans: within the first 7 days you get a full refund, no questions. After that the year is paid, but you keep full access until it ends and can export everything at any time. Monthly plans: cancel at any time, and you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
A one-off €250 that covers connecting your domain, loading your routes, rates and extras, and linking your Stripe and Google keys. It only applies to monthly subscriptions. On the annual plan there is no setup fee at all - pay the year upfront and setup is included.
One to two business days from the moment we have your details: domain access, routes and rates, logo, Stripe and Google keys. Most of that time is waiting for the details; the technical part is ours. Your drivers need zero setup - jobs arrive by e-mail.
Page titles and descriptions for every page of your booking site, Google-friendly content for your routes and service areas, technical basics (sitemap, indexing, structured data) and Google Search Console set up and submitted. Ongoing monthly SEO work is a separate add-on.
Premium. Normal includes 1 driver login; Premium has no limit on vehicles or drivers, so every driver gets their own login and their own job e-mails.
