About Taxi Booking Systems: built alongside working operators, not in a lab

This product started as a favour: a booking form for a two-car airport transfer company that was losing night bookings to a “call us” button. The form worked. Then came the requests - “can it show the driver the flight number?”, “can it chase the driver to confirm?”, “can it just take the payment?” - each one from an operator, each one built and put to work the same month.

We are a small team, and we intend to stay one. Every feature in the system exists because an operator with cars on the road asked for it and then used it at 4 a.m. - nothing is in there because a roadmap slide needed filling. That’s also why there is no call-centre module, no heat map, and no AI assistant: the operators we build with haven’t asked.

The business model is deliberately boring. One flat fee, yearly or monthly. No commission on your rides, no fee per driver, no cut of your card payments - your money goes to your Stripe account, and our only incentive is that the software stays worth renewing.
