Taxi booking system FAQ: drivers, pricing, setup

No. Jobs arrive by e-mail with a link that works on any phone - pickup time, passenger details, flight number. Drivers accept or reject the job from that e-mail. They can also log in to the dashboard as a driver and see only their own bookings. Nothing to install, nothing to train.

Yes - the operator dashboard is built for phones first. Assign drivers, edit bookings and watch the live board from the driver’s seat.

Two ways, automatically. If the passenger paid by card through Stripe, the system assigns the driver on its own. If the passenger chose to pay in the car, every driver gets the job by e-mail and the first one to accept it is assigned. You can always reassign from the dashboard.

Yes. The booking form asks the passenger for their flight number, and it appears on the driver’s job e-mail, in the dashboard and in every confirmation. We don’t track the aircraft live, so the pickup time stays as booked unless you change it.

Yes. Your booking site runs on your domain with your logo and colours, hosted and maintained on our infrastructure. Hosting, backups, security updates and technical maintenance are included. There is no code to install anywhere and nothing for your website person to do.

Two ways. Online by card through your own Stripe account, or in the car, cash or card. You choose which options your booking site offers. Card bookings are confirmed automatically. Pay-in-car bookings are confirmed by you from the dashboard with one tap, and the passenger gets the confirmation e-mail at that moment.

Your booking site comes with 2 languages of your choice. Passenger, driver and admin e-mails can each go out in a different language: English, Dutch, Swiss German or Turkish. Any additional language for the booking site can be added as a one-off add-on (€150 per language).

Normal is €600 a year paid upfront (no setup fee) or €75 a month with a one-off €250 setup fee, for up to 5 vehicles and 1 driver. Premium adds unlimited vehicles and drivers plus a detailed SEO package setup: €990 a year upfront (no setup fee) or €125 a month with the €250 setup fee. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. No per-trip commission, no per-driver fees.

Really. Payments go through your own Stripe account, so we couldn’t take a cut even if we wanted to. Our only revenue is your subscription.

A one-off €250 that covers connecting your domain, loading your routes, rates and extras, and linking your Stripe and Google keys. It only applies to monthly subscriptions. On the annual plan there is no setup fee at all: pay the year upfront and setup is included.

On the annual plan an invoice arrives 30 days before your year ends - same price, no automatic card charge. Pay it and carry on. On the monthly plan you can cancel at any time, and you keep using the service until the end of the month you have paid for.

Annual plans: within the first 7 days, full refund. After that the year is paid, but you keep access until it ends and can export everything at any time. Monthly plans: cancel at any time, and you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

One to two business days from the moment we have your details - domain access, routes and rates, logo, Stripe and Google keys. Most of the time is waiting for those; the technical part is ours. Your drivers need zero setup, jobs arrive by e-mail.

Money goes straight to you with no middleman, and mapping runs on Google’s free monthly allowance - which covers most small fleets. Cheaper and safer than marked-up bundled fees. We walk you through both during setup.

Yes, and what’s included depends on the plan. On Normal we connect your domain, set up your booking site with your branding, load routes and rates, and link Stripe and Google. On Premium we also set up the SEO package: page titles, descriptions, Google-friendly content and Search Console. Theme customisation and extra languages are quoted separately as add-ons.

Your logo, colours and content are part of every plan. A fully customised theme (your own layout and design) is a one-off add-on at €1,000.
